This event is held annually on the Triton Museum of Art, and is open to all art medias. Artists must be juried in to participate, either individually or in joint with an art association. The LGAA will be at the event this year - this allows LGAA members to show a few pieces at a discounted group booth rate.

AVArtfest will be a fun weekend with food, friends and music --especially when all participants keep the following in mind.
8. Bring protective covering for your artwork such as bubble-wrap, towels and cardboard to protect your paintings, as you will need to take artwork down and put in storage overnight.
9. Bring personal protective items such as sun-glasses, sun-block, a hat, water, and of course, lots of business cards and handouts.
10. Each artist must make sure that their own booth section is staffed at all times. Do not expect to set-up your artwork and leave it to a neighboring LGAA artist to watch your artwork or handle any sales.
11. Beginning on Friday, June 1 between Noon and 4 pm. LGAA will need two trucks or vans to meet at storage and help transport the panels, signs, and tents. Same trucks or vans needed on Sunday evening to return items to storage.
12. All AVArtfest participants are REQUIRED to volunteer three hours or more for this show to assist with set-up and tear-down. Beginning, Friday June 1, between noon and 4 pm. and after 6 pm on Sunday. It takes more than one person to set up just one tent, and LGAA has nine. Plus the panels need to be assembled and positioned.
13. Arrive well before 10 am on Saturday and Sunday to hang and arrange artwork for your own section.
14. All artwork must remain until end of show at 6 pm on Sunday, June 3.
15. All paintings need to be picked up at the end of the show at 6 pm on Sunday, June 3th
16. All participants will be required to help take down the panels and booth tents.
